Girls, please help me understand what's happening. This is my first attempt to conceive. Today is 12 days past ovulation (DPO). On the sixth day, I took a test out of curiosity and saw a faint line. On the seventh and eighth days, the tests seemed blank—I didn't look closely. But from the ninth day onward, all tests show clear lines. The only symptoms I have are breast tenderness and frequent pulling sensations in my stomach and lower back. Initially, around day three, I experienced stomach pulling and tingling. I don't feel nauseous, but I sometimes feel dizzy, which happens to me often. My discharge hasn't changed. I really hope everything works out. Yesterday, on 11 DPO, I took a test in the morning and saw a barely visible second line. In the evening, I tested again, not expecting much, and also saw a faint line. This morning, I took another test at work around 10 a.m., and the line was still faint but slightly darker. I just took another test now, and the line remains faint and hasn't darkened.
