Hi everyone — I work a 2/2 schedule with 12-hour shifts and I'm planning to apply for part-time hours. I read online that there’s no clear rule about how many hours you can reduce to; the employee states the desired hours in the application. Has anyone applied for this? How many hours did you cut your workday to? I’d appreciate any tips or experiences — thank you!
