Here’s what’s been done so far: hemostasis testing is complete; APS testing is done; antibodies to hCG were checked. Karyotypes are normal. No infections. Hormones during the cycle were ideal. AMH 2.02 (the first time we’ve tested). Antral follicles count is 6–7 in each ovary. There is adenomyosis. Recently I had a hysteroscopy and a polyp was removed. In total I’ve had four procedures, but then everything halted — the HSG shows only the right tube is patent. There’s a scar on the uterus. My son died on his fourth day. Yes... I know I can be a complicated patient.
