Hey ladies, today at rounds they told me I'm scheduled for a C-section on Wednesday, which will be 37.3 weeks. It's going to be a complex operation because I have complete placenta previa. They say not to worry, to stay positive, but be prepared for anything. They'll be ready for the date :) Of course, it's a little nerve-wracking, even though I knew this was likely. Today marks exactly 2 weeks since I've been at the perinatal center, and so far, so good!)) There were girls here who stayed longer, but they've all gone to give birth now. It's so funny to be in such a crowd of heavily pregnant women 😅 in the evening during blood pressure checks or rounds, we look like a gathering of little round loaves of bread 😄 Anyway, I'm staying positive and moving extremely carefully, which is good because the staff here is excellent.
