What are people thinking? Every single day, they blast music at full volume... The upstairs neighbors rented out their place, and new tenants moved in who blast music every day. During the day, when my son is home, he can't even sleep properly because he either can't fall asleep with the noise or wakes up from how loud it is. Obviously, I can't say anything to them during the day. They even play it at night! I've gone up there several times at night, they know I have a baby, but they just don't care, acting like it's the first time every day. I'm so fed up with this, I'm writing this post and crying from helplessness, I can't do anything about it. Should I call the police? And then what? They'll leave and start blasting music again, and I want to sleep too, I can't call the police all night... I spoke with the local officer, and he said he can't do anything besides issue a fine.
