Yes, I don't work. I was on maternity leave when we applied for the mortgage. The broker helped with the paperwork, and it was approved!

I took out 2 mortgages. One for the apartment and one for building the house.

Fauler Sharlotta I tried to get an apartment without a broker, but the rates were insane. At that time, in 2020, it was 18%. But I ended up getting it at 7.3%.
