Weird, I thought a sore throat usually comes with a high fever. My oldest brought something home from school recently. High fever, red and swollen throat, body aches, sleepiness. Anyway, after everyone got over it, I developed a rash on my hands. I think it was Coxsackie virus. It was awful, and I lost my appetite too. I couldn't eat anything for about 4 days after recovering. I'm saying this because without the rash, I would have thought it was the flu. Everyone had stomach aches, or rather, nausea, but without the other symptoms.
