In September, I filed a complaint with the bailiffs. They responded that I need to submit additional documents, otherwise the case won't be reviewed. I sent everything, but the postal service indicated the wrong address. As a result, today is the last day to submit the additional documents, and the letter is going to the wrong place because of a postal employee. Question: If it wasn't my fault that it was sent to the wrong place, will this be considered as me not responding on time? It seems the deadline has passed and I'll have to write again? On the envelope, I manually wrote the correct address, but in the app, for some reason, it's a completely different address and even the index isn't what I wrote. 🤬
