Did you have things like this in your class? Did you go on picnics, take field trips, or have bake sales at school? Is that really so bad? Many people say it's just a waste of money and time, but don't you want to go to work parties? Don't you have celebrations for March 8th, quests, or potlucks at work? Maybe you set up a table for New Year's and exchange gifts? For me, it's just an essential part of life, socializing and having fun. Of course, you don't always have the opportunity or desire, but doing something like this occasionally, a couple of times a year, is fine. Why is everyone so against bake sales or watching movies together? I'd even invite everyone for a picnic in the spring; I think I'll do that for the last bell.
