I sauté ground chicken with onions, then add cabbage and carrots without sautéing, salt. I don't like it crunchy, so I stew it for a long time. Once it's cooked, I add bay leaf, pepper, and tomato paste.

I mash shredded cabbage with grated carrots, sauté onions, add the cabbage with carrots, and bell pepper (red is my favorite). I sauté it, add tomato paste, mix, salt, a little water, and simmer covered. I don't add bay leaf or pepper, just like in borscht, as they ruin the taste for me.

I add a bit of meat to simmer in the broth, not just in water, and potatoes too. Otherwise, it's not tasty for me.

Onions, carrots (sautéed), cabbage, salt, spices, seasonings, bay leaf, greens, and I love it with stewed meat. You can add a little potato or rice. A bit of water at the bottom. And that's it!
